We all know that good relationships are the key to success but do we know how to nurture these relationships to get the most out of them? In this session participants learn how to deliberately increase the generative potential of their relationships to co-create novel solutions to complex organizational challenges.Derived from year’s of research in complex systems and a successful consultation practice, the tool used in this session will help groups understand and respond to the often unseen dynamics that impede their ability to work collaboratively toward common goals. This session is for managers who are interested in growing their networks and strengthening interpersonal relationships.
