Leadership South West, currently the main agent for CoachingOurselves in the U.K, is doing quite well. An action learning program has been developed through Leadership South West, which is a brand of the University of Exeter Business School associated with leadership and management development in the South West of England Regional Economy. The project supports executive development programs of small, medium, and large sized enterprises.

“Leading The Way” is the name given to the action learning program to develop the strategic leadership capability of senior managers and directors of businesses. CoachingOurselves segments have been used together with the material of Leadership South West as supporting learning materials in the action learning sets. The first two groups started at the beginning of 2009 and the programs are proving very popular with participants.

The sets run in the program are facilitated and the CoachingOurselves’ philosophy has worked well with the learning associated normally with action learning. The activities planned for 2010 involve considerable growth and Leadership South West's arrangement with CoachingOurselves will play an important role in this development.
