On 11 June 2009, Kitron's Lithuanian branch participated in its first CoachingOurselves session for two groups of production department managers, led by one of our partners Eglė Daunienė. The groups' first topic, "In Praise of Middle Management", was delivered as a supplementary part of their internal monthly management meeting. The participants thoroughly enjoyed the session and we received great feedback from them!
