Their program was recently launched by David Creelman, head of Creelman Research in Toronto and an editor for HR.com. David also brings his years of consulting experience and insight to our team of CoachingOurselves authors.

Velkommen to Pharos our new Norwegian partner!

We welcome Pharos HR AS as our newest CoachingOurselves international partner. Pharos began as a consulting firm in 1992 and works mainly with IT-related assignments, also serving as managers-for-hire.

This partnership was celebrated at "Kakefest 2008" and Lars Groth, our colleague in Norway, sends us a photo of the cake. (The cake comes from from the famous patisserie Pascal in Oslo.)

CoachingOurselves compared to typical management development

We have recently been working through an exercise of comparing CoachingOurselves to typical management development options, such as multi-day offsite training or train the trainer.
