JOB OPPORTUNITY: Part-time (work from home) support and go-to person

We are a small Montreal based company called CoachingOurselves founded by Phil LeNir and Henry Mintzberg. We partner with management and business thinkers from around the world to create management topic booklets. These topics are licensed to organizations for use by their management teams to guide and motivate 90 minutes of discussion and reflection.
 
 
Guided by the thinking and perspective of the management thinkers, yet focused on the management teams’ own day-to-day experiences at work, these discussions result in learning, development, increased collaboration and teamwork. These translate into improved business results as people share know-how and best practices, and help one another grow and become better at their jobs. Through a network of partners we operate in eight languages selling to organizations in over a dozen countries around the world.
 
We are looking for someone who can provide support to our clients by helping them understand our product, how it works, and how they can get the most out of it. You will also be responsible for leading necessary one-off projects.
 
An example of a possible candidate is a semi-retired professional or stay at home mom/dad interested in working 20-25 hours per week from your home, cottage, or anywhere else with an internet connection. You are tired of the corporate life and interested in working for a small, easy going company with low management structure and flexible hours. You only want part-time work; you are not interested in full time at the moment. You enjoy interacting with and helping professionals from around the world. You want work that is interesting and human, while being consistent and sustainable so it can be woven into the long term fabric of your life.
 
Our clients are regular people just like you. They work in large or medium sized corporations. Some are in the human resources or learning & development function, in which case they need your support to use our product to help the managers in their organization learn, develop, and improve themselves so they can do a better job. Other times you will support the managers directly as they ask questions regarding how to access our topics, which ones you might recommend, and how they might make best use of our product.
 
We need someone who is personable yet professional, courteous and highly responsive. Ability to talk and write in French is also desirable though not required.
