NEWS: Henry Mintzberg to Give Keynote Session at HR Without Limits

HR Without Limits, the 13th Human Resources Congress, will take place September 27-29, 2010 in Montreal, Canada. In an interview about developing organizations as communities, Henry Mintzberg will speak about how leadership stems from communityship. He will also discuss a number of programs that he has developed, including CoachingOurselves, in order to foster communityship in organizations so they can become healthier places to work.
 
Henry will also address the changes that have occurred in the way people perceive leadership and how it has become viewed as something superior to management, which ultimately ends up isolating people in management positions.
