The Management Topics
Each CoachingOurselves topic unravels a novel perspective, idea or theory on one aspect of management with carefully crafted content, questions and exercises that motivate ninety minutes of discussion and reflection on a management teams’ day to day experiences. The topics are written exclusively for CoachingOurselves by world-renowned management and business thinkers such as Marshall Goldsmith, Edgar Schein, Philip Kotler and Henry Mintzberg for use with or without an external facilitator, and there is no pre-reading and no laptops required.
Management teams work through a group of 4 to 6 topics, one per month or every second week. The topics are categorized for specific audiences, themes or leadership frameworks providing a modular and flexible building block for learning and development initiatives.
