The Management Topics
CoachingOurselves topics are designed to drive discussion and reflection around managerial issues, resulting in learning, development, and change within organizations. Topics are prepared specifically for CoachingOurselves by world-renowned management authorities, such as David Ulrich, Philip Kotler, John Seely Brown, Marshall Goldsmith, and Henry Mintzberg.
Managers can select individual topics of interest or we can recommend topics based on the teams' current management challenges. For those that want to follow a sequence of topics, we have grouped topics by themes and we can help to provide suggestions for alternative groupings.
Topics are downloaded as PDF files. The only requirement for participants is a print out of the topic and a pen -- no laptops! Each topic is designed to guide one 75-90 minute learning meeting with a team or group of up to eight participants and no pre-reading is required.
