Probing Into Culture to get people to think about what sort of culture they currently have (vis a vis what sort of culture the corporate communication suggests they should be striving to have!)
In Praise of Middle Management to get people to think about what role they are or should play to make change occur.
The Players Cultural Change similar to above but having people look at culture change specifically.
Perhaps even Managing Metaphors to get people to talk about the language they use and how that relates to the culture and changes that need to happen
And for the team that is charged with making the change happen, topics such as:
Two models of Change to get the team to think about how they are going about implementing change.
Introducing Culture in Organization to get the team to think about the culture that currently exists and so talk about what aspects need attention for the change.
Of course, this team might be challenged with influencing people without having direct "control" over them, in this case Being a Catalytic Leader could generate a very productive conversation around a specific issue.
