Dougherty, Deborah holds a Ph.D. in Management from M.I.T. She taught at Wharton and McGill before joining Rutgers Business School, the State University of New Jersey, where she is a professor in Management and Global Business. Her current research focuses on organizing for product and science-based innovation.
